Proverbs 23:16

Yea, my reins shall rejoice, when thy lips speak right things.

Yea, my reins (the seat of the affections) shall rejoice when thy lips speak right things. True wisdom begins at the heart (); its crowning is the lips' profession and confession, to the glory of God and the good of men.
