Ver. 13. From whence thou mayest see them.] And over-look them, as they say witches do, Bασκαινειν quasi φαεσι καινειν; Nescio quis teneros, &c. In Hebrew the same word signifies both an eye and a fountain; to show, that from the eye, as a fountain, flows both sin and misery.
