Thou art weighed in the balances and found wanting.

The second word is Tekel, which is from. Hebrew verb and means "weighed." The first word applies to the kingdom, the second to the king. The scales have always been the emblem of justice; the suffering Job asks: "Let me be weighed in an even balance, that God may know mine integrity." The king had been weighed.
