Proverbs 11:12

despiseth i.e. shews his contempt openly, makes no effort to conceal it (μυκτηρίζει, LXX.), and so contrasts with the man of "wisdom" (heart, Heb.), who, whatever he thinks, keeps his thoughts to himself.
