It is God's power to save all who believe. The gospel includes facts to be believed, commands to be obeyed, and promises to be received! The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) form the focal-point of God's offer to put men right with himself. Compare 1 Corinthians 1:23-25. First the Jews.
