16 And Hadarezer sent, and brought out the Syrians that were beyond the river:c and they came to Helam; and Shobach the captain of the host of Hadarezer went before them.
2 Sam. 10:16. Which armament is 7000 men, ten to a chariot, so this place is reconciled with 1 Chronicles 19:18 (see Pool on 1 Chr. 19:18).
