Deuteronomy 31:12

DEUTERONOMY—NOTE ON Deuteronomy 31:12 men, women, and little ones, and the sojourner. According to Deuteronomy 16:16, only the men were required to attend the feast each ordinary year. However in the seventh year, when the law was read, everyone was required to attend.
