Ezekiel 48:8-22

EZEKIEL—NOTE ON Ezekiel 48:8 Much of this material has already been seen in Ezekiel 45:1 (see note there). The important addition is the location of the city and its surrounding region. It is placed in the southernmost east-west strip adjoining the Levites’ territory (Ezekiel 48:15). At 4,500 cubits square, the city itself is about 1.4 miles (2.3 km) square.
