PSALM—NOTE ON PSALMS 126:4 RESTORE OUR FORTUNES, O LORD asks God to
show mercy now as he has in the past. The images that follow (STREAMS
IN THE NEGEB; SEED FOR SOWING) seem to illustrate the kind of renewal
asked for, namely, a good year for crops.
