κελεύσας, λαβὼν, ἀναβλέψας, participles without copula all leading up to εὐλόγησεν, the central chief action: rapid, condensed narrative, briefly, simply, recounting an amazing event. εὐλόγησεν with accusative (ἄρτους) understood.
