Acts 2:7

Then they were all amazed and marveled, saying to one another, " Look, are not all these who speak Galileans?

1. These men are Galileans - They are just taught the trade of their father. They are not highly educated men. They did not study my language.

2. Galilee is the northern section of Israel. Generally speaking it was poorer, less educated. From this region there were more trade workers - carpenters, fishermen, metal smiths, candle makers, etc.

3. Just as we can tell people from another section of our country, they could tell these men were not likely men of high education and training in multiple languages.
