He, at least, might appreciate the strength of Paul's argument that the message which he proclaimed was the proper consummation of Israel's ancestral faith" (Bruce p. 488). "Wherefore. beseech thee to hear me patiently" Indicating that his presentation would be somewhat lengthy. Note that Paul felt that Agrippa would have no problem in following this presentation.
