This world's good [τ ο ν β ι ο ν τ ο υ κ ο σ μ ο υ]. Rev., the worlds goods. Biov means that by which life is sustained, resources, wealth.

Have need [χ ρ ε ι α ν ε χ ο ν τ α]. Lit., having need. Rev., in need.

Bowels of compassion [τ α σ π λ α γ χ ν α]. See on pitiful, 1 Peter 3:8. Rev., much better, his compassion. The word only here in John.
