Romans 11:25

fullness

The "fullness of the Gentiles" is the completion of the purpose of God in this age, namely, the outcalling from among the Gentiles of a people for Christ's name, "the church which is His body" (Ephesians 1:22); (Ephesians 1:23)

Compare (Acts 15:14); (Ephesians 4:11); (1 Corinthians 12:12); (1 Corinthians 12:13).

It must be distinguished from "the times of the Gentiles" (Luke 21:24).
