Some place in Moab which would be ascended with weeping when God's judgements were poured out upon Moab. Isaiah 15:5; Jeremiah 48:5. Talat el Heisah, 31 46' N, 35 43' E has been suggested as probably the place alluded to. It lies between Mount Pisgah and Mount Nebo.
