Zoan The city of Zoan was one of Egypt’s great cities (Ezekiel 30:14). It was located in the Nile Delta (Psalms 78:12), was very old (Numbers 13:22), and for several hundred years was Egypt’s capital (Isaiah 19:11). It was probably the city earlier known as Rameses (See Egypt; Rameses).
