Jérémie 33:24

Ne considérez pas ce que ce peuple a dit - certains juifs, en particulier ceux qui ont parlé avec Jérémie dans la cour de la prison (Jérémie 32:12; Jérémie 38:1).

Ainsi, ils ont méprisé mon peuple, afin qu'ils ne soient plus une nation devant eux - à leur avis. Ils supposent que j'ai complètement rejeté Israël pour ne plus être une nation. L'expression «mon peuple» en elle-même montre que Dieu n'a pas rejeté Israël pour toujours.
