Pitiful - toward the afflicted.

Courteous, [ filofrones (G5391)] - friendly-minded: Christian politeness: not the world's tinsel: stamped with unfeigned love on one side, and humility on the other. 'Aleph (') A B C, Vulgate, read [ tapeinofrones (G5012a)], 'humble-minded.' It differs from 'humble,' in that it marks a conscious effort to he truly so.
