And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:

No more curse - of which the earnest shall be given in the millennium (). God can only dwell where the curse and its cause-the cursed thing, sin () - are removed. So there follows, 'but the throne of God and of the Lamb (who redeemed us from the curse, ; ) shall be in it.' Compare in the millennium ().

Serve him - with worship () and active ministrations, as the angels whom they resemble (; Luke 20:35; ). The sabbatism of heaven, as that of earth, is kept as much by working mercy and holiness as by direct worship (; ). No separation shall be there between things secular and divine ().
