Acts 9:23; see also Acts 12:3; Acts 13:45; Acts 14:4; Acts 17:5; Acts 19:33; etc.). plotted to kill him. Specifically “the governor under King Aretas” helped in the attempt to kill him (see 2 Corinthians 11:32).
