Now if Christ is preached that he hath been raised from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead?

'Now if Christ is preached that he hath been raised from the dead' -The point that he has just conclusively proven. 'No fact could be better attested, none more reasonably believed.' (Erdman p. 156) No matter who the preacher was, this was the message preached.

'some among you' -'Although this is the position of only "some among you", most likely the "some"...have had. significant influence within the community.' (Fee p. 740) It only takes "some" to do. lot of harm within the church. (1 Corinthians 5:6 'a little leaven leavens the whole lump of dough.'; Ecclesiastes 2:18 'one sinner destroyeth much good.')

'no resurrection of the dead' -i.e. no general resurrection, specifically of all believers. (Even though the righteous and the wicked will be raised at the same time- John 5:28)
