in that they show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience bearing witness therewith, and their thoughts one with another accusing or else excusing them); "Written in their hearts' -they weren't born with it on their minds, any more than Christians are born with the new covenant on their minds. 'Accusing or else excusing them' -
