By some oversight, the scribe of B had originally omitted the words to. pneu/ma, but they were subsequently added in the margin by the same hand. In order to make certain that the reader would understand that o` qeo,j earlier in the verse functions also as the subject of di,dwsin, several witnesses repeat the words before di,dwsin (A C² D D Y 086 ¦¹³ al). The shorter text is strongly supported by î^{66, 75} a B² C* L W^supp 083 ¦¹ 33 565 1241.
