Conclusion: The God with whom we have to do has a perfect knowledge of us and all the motions and actions, both of our outward and inward man. We should therefore desire of Him that when He sees sin in our hearts. He might discover it to us that we might walk in the perfect enjoyment of His presence.

Striking Facts: Psalms 139:7. No one can escape the all-pervading Being and observation of the Holy Spirit. We are, whether we will it or not, as near to God as our soul is to our body, for the Holy Spirit dwells within the Christian (1 Corinthians 6:19). This makes it dreadful work to sin, for it is insulting God to His face.
