Fragments [κ λ α σ μ α τ α]. From klaw, to break. Rev., broken pieces. That remain [π ε ρ ι σ σ ε υ σ α ν τ α]. Rev., remain over. Literally, exceed the necessary supply. Only John gives the Lord's command to collect the fragments, and the reason for it, that nothing be lost.
