Thus saith the Lord GOD; When the whole earth rejoiceth, I will make thee desolate. WHEN THE WHOLE EARTH REJOICETH, I WILL MAKE THEE DESOLATE - (Isaiah 65:13). "The whole earth" refers to Judea, and the nations that submit themselves to Judea's God; when these rejoice, the foes of God and His people, represented by Edom as a nation, shall be desolate.
