Verse Ezekiel 39:19. _AND YE SHALL EAT FAT - AND DRINK BLOOD_] _Who_ shall eat and drink, c.? Not the _Jews_: though _Voltaire_ says they ate _human_ _flesh_, and are invited here by the prophet to _eat the flesh and_ _drink the blood of their enemies_ which is a most unprincipled falsehood. It is the _fowls_ and the _beasts_ that God invites, Ezekiel 39:17: "Speak to every feathered fowl, and to every beast of the field, assemble yourselves-that ye may eat flesh and drink blood;" nor are the persons altered in all these verses, Ezekiel 39:17: so the assertion of _Voltaire_ is either through _brutish ignorance_ or _Satanic malice_....

The purposes of the past dispensation shall be made clear to God’s people themselves and to the pagan.
