_AND THE TIRSHATHA SAID UNTO THEM, THAT THEY SHOULD NOT EAT OF THE MOST HOLY THINGS, TILL THERE STOOD UP A PRIEST WITH URIM AND THUMMIM._ The Tirshatha said ... that they should not eat of the most holy things until there stood up a priest with Urim and Thummim. Whether the Urim and Thummim was continued until the Babylonian captivity, is not known, but it is probable; and Nehemiah seems here to anticipate its restoration....
