Luke 22:1-6

There was a plot to kill Jesus -- Luke 22:1-6: The Jews were plotting to kill Jesus. They did not understand that His death would be a sacrifice for the sins of the world. The feast of unleavened bread or the Passover was drawing near. The chief priests and the teachers of the Law of Moses wanted to kill Jesus. They could not take Him openly because they feared the people. Satan used Judas to betray the Lord. The Jews paid him money to deliver Jesus to them when the people were not near. Judas found his opportunity to betray Jesus when the crowds were not around.
