Lévitique 5:16

And he shall make amends for the harm that he hath done in the holy thing, and shall add the fifth part thereto, and give it unto the priest: and the priest shall make an atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

Il réparera le tort qu'il a fait dans la chose sainte. L'offrande d'intrusion était de l'argent de conscience payé directement à Dieu, qui avait été fraudé; mais il y avait un paiement supplémentaire d'un cinquième versé au sanctuaire ou au prêtre. Un cinquième était la proportion à ajouter pour la rédemption des «choses saintes» (Lévitique 27:13; Lévitique 27:15; Lévitique 27:19).
