1 Now these were the sonnes of Dauid, which were borne vnto him in Hebron. The first borne [Note: 2 Samuel 3:2.] Amnon, of Ahinoam the [Note: Joshua 15:56.] Iesreelitesse: the second [Note: Or, Chileab, 2 Samuel 3:3.] Daniel, of Abigail the Carmelitesse:

2 The third, Absalom the sonne of Maacha, the daughter of Talmai king of Geshur: the fourth, Adoniah the sonne of Haggith:

3 The fifth, Shephatia of Abital: the sixth, Ithream by [Note: 2 Samuel 3:5.] Eglah his wife.

4 These sixe were borne vnto him in Hebron, and there hee reigned seuen yeeres, and sixe moneths: and in Ierusalem he reigned thirty and three yeres.

6 Ibhar also, and [Note: Or, Elishua 2 Samuel 5:15.] Elishama, and Eliphelet,

7 And Noga, and Nepheg, and Iaphia,

8 And Elishama, and [Note: Or, Beliada, 1 Chronicles 14:7.] Eliada, and Eliphelet, nine.

9 These were all the sonnes of Dauid: beside the sonnes of the concubines, and Tamar [Note: 2 Samuel 13:1.] their sister.

10 And Solomons sonne was [Note: 1 Kings 11:43; 1 Kings 15:8.] Rehoboam: [Note: Or, Abiam, 1 Kings 15:1.] Abia his sonne: Asa his son: Iehoshaphat his sonne:

11 Ioram his sonne: [Note: Or, Azariah, 2 Chronicles 22:6; 2 Chronicles 21:17.] Ahaziah his sonne: Ioash his sonne:

12 Amaziah his sonne: [Note: Or, Vzziah 2 Kings 15:30.] Azariah his sonne: Iotham his sonne:

13 Ahaz his sonne: Hezekiah his sonne: Manasseh his sonne:

14 Amon his sonne: Iosiah his sonne.

15 And the sonnes of Iosiah were: the first borne [Note: Or, Ioachaz, 2 Kings 23:30.] Iohanan, the second [Note: Or, Eliakim, 2 Kings 23:34.] Ioakim, the third [Note: Or, Mathania, 2 Kings 24:17.] Zedekiah, the fourth Sallum.

16 And the sonnes of [Note: Matthew 1:11.] Ioakim: [Note: Or, Iehoiachin, 2 Kings 24:6.] Ieconiah his sonne, [Note: Or, Coniah, Jeremiah 22:24.] Zedekiah his sonne.

17 And the sonnes of [Note: Or, Iehoiachin, 2 Kings 24:6.] Ieconiah, Assir, [Note: Hebrew: Shealtiel.] Salathiel [Note: 2 Kings 24:17.being his vncle.] [Note: Matthew 1:12.] his sonne,

18 Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Iecamiah, Hosama, and Nedabiah.

19 And the sonnes of Pedaiah were: Zerubbabel, and Shimei: And the sonne of Zerubbabel, Meshullam, and Hananiah, and Shelomith their sister.

20 And Hazubah, and Ohel, and Berechiah, & Hasadiah, Iushabhesed, fiue.

21 And the sonnes of Hananiah, Pelatiah, and Iesaiah: the sonnes of Rephaiah, the sons of Arnan, the sonnes of Obadiah, the sonnes of Sechaniah.

22 And the sonnes of Sechaniah, Semaiah: and the sonnes of Semaiah, Hattush, and Igeal, and Bariah, and Neariah, and Shaphat, sixe.

23 And the sonnes of Neariah: Elioenai, and [Note: Hebrew: Hiskijah.] Hezekiah, and Azrikam, three.

24 And the sonnes of Elioenai, were: Hodaiah, and Eliashib, and Pelaiah, and Akkub, and Iohanan, and Dalaiah, and Anani, seuen.
