Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. Verse Mark 13:30. _THIS GENERATION_] Ἡ γενεα αὑτη, _This very race of_ _men_. It is certain that this word has _two_ meanings in the Scriptures; that given in the text, and that above. _Generation_ signifies a period of a certain number of years, sometimes more, sometimes less.
