Verse Luke 7:47. _FOR SHE LOVED MUCH_] Or, _THEREFORE she loved much_. It appears to have been a consciousness of God's forgiving love that brought her at this time to the Pharisee's house. In the common translation her forgiveness is represented to be the _consequence_ of her loving much, which is causing the _tree_ to produce the _root_, and not the _root_ the _tree_.
